I enjoy autozone and their service, but crystal from the San Antonio, Blanco location is so undermining, I couldn’t-not say anything.

I called the commercial care number and asked for front and rear break pads, crystal insisted that I needed break shoes not rear break pads even though I asked for them specifically. When the parts arrived at Midas, the mechanic says I need rear break pads not the shoes. I don’t understand why she didn’t give me what I needed? She doesn’t drive my vehicle, she doesn’t know what is going on— but she does! because I told her what I needed.

I know you want to know about this because if this is happening elsewhere you all must be aware for, know-it-all’s ruin businesses. It’s unprofessional and puts negative pressure making me not want to buy anything. I want to buy your things.

It’s personal because it was all panned out. I have a life and events to attend. Auto-zone is a one-shop-stop and I’m devastated.
