Tina sent a message to Michael D. White, President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer DIRECTV, Inc. – email address that said:
Back in June or July, I ordered DirecTV service for my cable needs. The reason for my switching from Comcast Cable to DirecTV was the attached $200 Prepaid Visa Card. I have phoned several times and keep getting the “run-around”. I have also attached an online chat conversation between myself and one of the agents indicating that I will receive the full $200.00 for returning as a DirecTV customer. I was provided with a Ticket No. for this conversation and said it would take 10 business days to receive the card. It is November 4 and I still have not received the card and when I called in regard to the card, I was told to upload the ad which I tried and was unsuccessful.
This is why I am contacting you. I need a resolution to this matter and I would appreciate receiving the offer I was promised several times by the DirecTV agents. I also do not receive internet service and I would like to know when and if you will be providing internet service in the Greenock/Elizabeth, Pennsylvania area. I returned to DirecTV because I never had problems with the service but now receiving this reward and not being able to have access to internet services is a terrible experience.
Please direct me to the appropriate person in order to get this resolved, if not yourself. I would really appreciate it. Thank you for your time and assistance.
