Back on August 9,2016 we purchased a refrigerator from your Mentor Ohio Store. we found one in the dented section that fit our needs. We never realized that living in a century home the doorway was too small for the newer size frig. our fault. we had to wait 10 days before this delivery in the first place. When that one didn't fit we went back to the Mentor Store and picked out a new frig that was counter depth. That is the true beginning of our problems. They delivered the new frig the following Monday but it had a dent in the freezer door. We were told that someone would contact us. NO ONE DID. we called customer service and got through and spoke with someone and they set up a new delivery date for the following Saturday. NO PHONE call to confirm delivery My husband called and they had no order for us. The following ;day we went back to the Mentor Store and spoke with the manager there. Sarah Cassius said that she would look into this and get back to us. the only message she left us was that the frig was part of the Labor Day sale and she would make that adjustment. We had received a email notice that the frig was to be delivered on Saturday Sept 3rd. My husband also got a voice mail from someone who spoke so fast and with some accent that we could not understand what they were saying. and it continues. We got a call on Friday Sept 1 saying the frig was to be delivered in the morning. after a 55 minute phone call we set up a delivery for Tuesday Sept 6th. but we received a phone call on Sunday night that our frig was coming on MOnday Sept.5th. we just thought BEST BUY is totally screwed up. I was promised by 4 different people that they would call us back NO RETURN CALLS. As of right now i'm so fed up with BEST BUY that i think after this is paid off i will NEVER shop at BEST Buy again. it seems like everyone is so eager at the point of sale but screw any customer service after that. I've had a problem before with a purchase which was ;a gift from Best Buy and a stove was delivered with a dent. it was taken care of so quickly. and money was deducted from the total purchase plus Best Buy sent a gift card to compensate for the inconvenience. i am so frustrated with your company right now. I was going to post this on facebook but what good would that do. only others how are frustrated with the lack of customer service at Best Buy would respond. I know that you Hubert will never see this email. so i don't expect any answer from you. Just like the rest of your employees. all talk and no action.
