Abhay sent a message to Vittorio Colao CEO, Vodafone – email address that said:
Because I did not get resolution to Docket number Service request series of similar numbers generated time to time for MNP of Vodafone from Mumbai circle to Delhi circle, I seek your intervention.
Although I have fulfilled all paper financial formalities for MNP which have been equally acknowledged by Vodafone but MNP has not been done.
From last 35 days I have tried all possible mediums of communication with Vodafone right upto appellate authorities but I am sorry to say that there is so much of uncoordinated activity among your people that solution cannot be achieved without your support.
If Vodafone is really interested “HAPPY TO HELP” then please order a case study and you will find ample of loopholes which made me draft this letter for UK. And if you cannot execute MNP, then same may please communicated to me in so many words I promise you I’ll switch over to other service providers.
