Coming from an work industry where people send complaints, I am determined to make a difference by communicating the positives.
Last night, I had the best shopping experience at the Crystal Lake, Illinois Bed, Bath & Beyond store.
When I called the store, I was connected with associate "Tanner."
I know how to order online, but for me, additional information was needed. I made the decision to drive to the store for further assistance.
After communicating in person with Tanner, he informed me of additional options. The available options made a difference. You should know, because Tanner took the time to walk me through my options, I made the decision to purchase my Rev Cabinet order with Tanner's help. What a comfortable experience!
As I was checking out, I spoke with Jason, the manager of the store. You must know these great associates are in your store and make the shopping experience a delight!
