I have been a longtime customer of BBBY. I frequent the Rego Park NY store on my lunch hour. I have to tell you i have walked out on numerous occasions because they have one or two registers open at that time. The store is always busy at that time because there are several office buildings there. Whoever is managing the store isn't doing a good job. I'm at the point I might not go back there. I thought you should know.
