@bedbathbeyond – Steven Temares – I am end the end of trying to get someone to correct 2 separate debits

Karen Calderwood sent a message to Steven Temares that said:

I am end the end of trying to get someone to correct 2 separate debits from my account without the benefit of getting the product I tried to order. Once online and the 2nd time with a live customer service rep.
BB&B has my money and I have nothing in return. I would like the product but at this point do I really want to do business with a company that takes funds and fails TWICE to process an order.

Frustrated and Irritated and wondering if anything will be done before I contact a local news network here in San Diego.
