I ordered a trash can, ($200.00). When the can arrived it was in the manufacturer box and barely taped closed. No additional packaging. It was obviously a return as the top was
all scratched up AND it had someone's trash and prescription bottle in it. I purchased a new item and you had no right to send me a refurbished or return. Also, I'm sure that's a HIPPA violation to share someone else's medical information and personal information with me. So after 110 minutes on hold and speaking to a rep, (because the chat wasn't working), the fix was for me to print a return slip and take it to FedEx to ship back. Once the return is received, they will ship a new trash can! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I have left reviews on Facebook and YELP and will call customer service again if I have time to wait. I do not want another trash can or anything else from Bed Bath and Beyond. The worst part is, no one cares enough even to respond. This used to be a good caring company but is no longer!
