Been with Aetna through my employer for many years. Been trying to get some answers about a claim for my wife. Emails and calls. Got a letter from your company telling us a claim was approved 7/28/16. Got a letter from benefits at my company with the same information. Sent an email to ask for a sup or mgr to contact us about the lack of activity and I got a response, "This is still under review." The point. There is no accountability when I ask for a response I get the "team" not a leader and a BS answer. When I communicate I give my name and direct contact information. There is no substitute for accountability. Anthony
