Below is my latest email to Whirlpool customer service, dated May 22, 2017, not sure if you received the previous streams although you were copied. When I tried to copy you this time, your email address changed in cc line to the normal customer service email.

Im writing to thank you for finally replacing the defective unit on Friday, May 12, 2017. Im happy to report that this replacement refrigerator does appear to be working properly, time will tell.

During my several conversations with customer service I was assured over and over that Whirlpool does care, Im still not convinced. I was without a refrigerator for 42 days this second go around and without a freezer 9 days. As a result of the last “fix” failure on May 2, 2017, the entire unit shutdown, thereby causing us to lose the entire contents of the freezer. This may not seem like much of a hardship to Whirlpool, but let me assure you, when you are retired and on a fixed income it becomes a big issue.

I can assure you that when it comes time to replace another major appliance all this will be taken into consideration, but thank you for doing the right thing.
