I wanted to request your approval to tour, and use one conference room of the new downtown Minneapolis Xcel Energy Building. I realize that there is a mutual beneficial relationship to show the building to our Alumni Association made up of project managers, some of whom work for Xcel Energy, and others who are intrigued candidates.
Our guest speaker is retained; she would use a single conference room to promote the Xcel Energy Building, and its future.
The tour would take place a month from your approval on a Friday after the work day.
