Dear Mrs. Barry:

On 13 June I exchanged an electric clothes drier for a gas clothes drier. The drier was delivered 16 June but was not connected due to a sub-standard shut off valve on the gas line. The drier was left in my garage. A new valve was installed two days later and I notified Best Buy the unit could be installed.
It has been almost three weeks, after three phone calls, the drier has not been connected. I was told each time the unit was “in-transit” and the warehouse would not come to connect the unit until the “in-transit” mode was taken off the order.
Please see to it that my clothes drier is connected.
