My wife and I have a problem with your service at the Palm Desert, California store. We recently purchased a new Dell laptop. The person at the store explained how to connect the router, excellent. However we have been to the store twice concerning a printer hardwire connection. We received inadequate help. All the store wanted to do was charge us to wire a single line from printer to laptop and it would take a day to perform. When we purchased a printer two years ago the sales person just connect the laptop and loaded the printer. It took 5 minutes. Excellent service. I will be taking my brand new Dell back for a refund since the printing function does not work and you wish to charge us a new fee for something brand new that should work. For the record we purchase all our electronics from Best Buys. The only reason for purchase was your excellent service. Guess we may never do this again. We will be at the Palm Desert store today and ask for the manager. His decision will determine if we ever purchase another product again from Best Buys. You gentlemen make Microsoft look good.
