Dear Mr. Hubert.
I find it disgraceful that your Elk Grove, California store was not sufficiently stocked with an advertised television this evening as part of an early Black Friday promotion. We are disabled and I am the wife of a senior disabled US Veteran who patiently stood in line for almost two hours beginning at 4:00 pm through 5:45 only to find out that the tv we were there for had sold out. Again, it is disgraceful that your store was not sufficiently stocked. As I cannot even provide a remedy for resolution to this issue, we will be switching our consistent business with Best Buy to a different retailer from this point forward. Thank you for your open ear and possibly you are one in a position to make certain that all may be served who make the effort to participate in Best Buy promotions in the future.
