CEO of Best Buy
I am having a terrible time getting my TV replaced that was under warranty. The crew from Barrett's Service came and picked it up 06/01/2020. The screen was found to be defective, and I was told it would be replaced. I am a 70 year old who doesn't have much to do at night besides watch TV and read. Please help me get my new 50" TV replaced.
