Dear Ms. Barry,
My name is Sandy Reischer. I have been a longstanding customer of Best Buy for over 20+ years.
It is extremely urgent that speak with as soon as possible. I recently purchased a new home in a 55+ community. I have saved all my life to be able to move into this brand new home. Prior to moving in, I purchased 2 computers, printer, etc. Then I purchased LG washer and dryer and a new LG refrigerator.
I was unaware that Best Buy out sources your delivery of items and now, my brand new house has major damage to it. The first refrigerator, the delivery person did not tighten the water line to the refrigerator and it leaked for over 30 hours on my brand new $ 20,000.00 floor. This happened on July 8, 2020. I have tried to contact everyone and anyone to help me with my situation.
Please, I am begging you to contact me at 408-892-8484 to discuss what has occurred since this happened in my new home. There is also a 2nd claim for the next 2 people who were to deliver my 2nd refrigerator which they damaged when they hit the freshly painted walls, etc.
I had a major 3 level back fusion on July 24, 2020. This has been a nightmare. It is important for you to grasp what has occurred from the store level to the delivery to the so called insurance company, etc.
