For the fifth time, in the last week, Geek Squad was contacted to assist in having my computer connect with my printer. First four times,there was a test print,but within an hour each time the computer could not communicate with the printer. The last time, there were three Geek Squad agent involved - the printer was removed from the list of devices in the computer, rebooted and I still cannot use the printer - even after I added it. Very Disappointed with the service,responsiveness and lack of professionalism
