Good morning, I'm currently an Elite member of BestBuy. I have purchased several items from your company. Not once have I had an issue until now. I purchased a 75" LG television. It was supposed to have been delivered yesterday Saturday October 10th. My window was set for 0700-1:00pm. No one called, texted nor emailed me saying there's a delay in delivery. I called my BestBuy and waited on hold for 3 hours. While on hold I went on the chat and a person said "Manada" is the delivery company who has my item and its out for delivery. She continued to say they deliver up to 9:00pm. At 5:30pm I called BestBuy again who informed me in their system it seemed to say delayed. They could not specify what type of delay. They would have someone from Manada call me within the hour. Again, no one did. I had to call back BestBuy for an update which they didn't have any. They assured me someone would be calling me in the morning. Once again, no one called . I had to call for an update. This last time I asked the representative to please call Manada for an update. Supposedly, he called and said no one answered. I asked him for their number and when I called Heidy answered. According to Heidy, there dispatch center don't receive calls. All of their communication is done by email. Seriously? That is the most ridiculous answer I've ever heard. Bottom line, no one noes what's going on. If I don't get my television by this afternoon I will cancel my order.
