I thought you would be interested in my recent experience with Pacific Sales / Best Buy. I purchased a washer and Sub-Zero fridge - totaling over $10,000 in appliances. Though Pacific Sales was more than happy to accept my money, they seem to have less interest in actually delivering my product. I have now been called 4 times to meet the delivery and yet they still have not followed through on their promise to deliver the product.

As you can imagine, it has cost me considerable time and money (I need to make a separate trip every time they schedule an appt). The first time they showed up with no enough workers (though I made it clear of the specifications), the 2nd time they failed to show up at all (I waited all day), the 3rd time they showed up without the fridge (this is becoming a Samuel Beckett absurdist play at this point) and it continues.

Now I\'m being told that they no longer have the fridge and I will be put on a waiting list - though supposedly they had the fridge for the last 2 weeks.

In addition that you may be interested in what goes on within your company - I would be very interested in why you think I should give over $10,000 to your store and be treated in this manner (to be honest, it shouldn\'t matter if I gave them $10). I know you are busy, but please, at your convenience, let me know why I should not cancel this order and take all my business (and future business) elsewhere?
