Hello Codie Barry,CEO, I’m writing to receive my full cash refund, I purchased a printer on 2-22-20, I remember the date because it was my first day out of the house able to walk in over a month! My cousin took me to purchase the printer and my neighbor came over to set it up, and when it wouldn’t scan her husband and son came over because she wasn’t feeling well, long story short..she had Covid-19; I had to self quarantine and being disabled I was unable to get the printer to ever work properly, When I finally was able to drive, there was only curbside pick-up, and they said I could only get a credit and lost my insurance payment that I purchased with the printer, the manager said if I brought it a week later I would’ve received a full cash refund, I explained what happened and it went on death ears? No empathy at all, I’m so angry, that I refuse to purchase anything at Best Buy if this is the practice and protocol with Covid-19 because I followed protocol for Covid-19 and stayed home to not affect others?
