Hello, I would like to make you aware of the difficult time I have had with the best buy store in Augusta, GA.
I purchased a washer and dryer set. Only the washer was ready for pickup when stated. The dyer is still waiting. I have been to the app today. I have been on hold at the store since they opened this morning at 10:00a.m. No one will answer the phone for me to check on the order. I call the corporate office and waiting on a call back which could be an hour from now. Also been waiting on the virtual agent for the past 40 mins from the app.
It should not be this hard just to talk with someone.
I planning on canceling the order if I cant talk with someone today.
