Hello Ms. Barry ~ I am reaching out to you and hoping that either you or a member of your senior staff will contact us regarding the poorest level of customer service we have ever received from a company. This has been ongoing since August 2020. The number of emails/text messages from your company is staggering and unbelievable. It is nearly impossible to speak with anyone who can offer more than apology and provide any level of service to resolve the issue and offer acceptable compensation for the inconvenience of our time and lack of services from Best Buy.
