Hi Corie,

I'm reaching out to you after 6 WEEKS of frustration in trying to get Geek Squad to talk, or even EMAIL me. I dropped off my hard drive about 6 weeks ago, paid the $45 deposit, and it was sent out. Ref # 00856-321200632. After noticed of them rec'ing it, they text me to tell me they need more info, please call. I'm not lying that I have spent HOURS on the phone, on Hold, only to be put into voice mail that has never ONCE been returned. I respond to the text & receive "sorry we don't understand your msg." FYI, I text all day long, nothing wrong with my text. It's an auto responder basically saying we don't read responses. I have called the local Bakersfield store and talked to 3 people there. Some tried to help, but couldn't. Honestly, I'm freaking out. Almost my entire life of photos is on that hard drive, and it's as if I paid $45 to have it sent to a black hole. Can you PLEASE help? Even if they would EMAIL me I could tell them what they want to ask me. Thanks Patricia Owens
