I held on 3 times yesterday for over an hour and each time whoever answered disconnected me. I tried again this morning and the same thing happened.
the issue: The camera on the lenova laptop I bought there january 18, 2020 does not show my photo. I can't use skype or zoom or any of those programs we all need now.
I wanted to leave a review but the software on your website did not send the verification code as it said it would to set up my account to write the review.
I have a call into a professional. I think Bet Buy should foot the bill.
