Hi, I just spoke to one of the most pleasant and helpful people that I've ever interacted with in my life. I didn't ask for her name, but she helped me with my question around 11am today (5/17). She works at the Midland, TX store. It sounded like she was super-busy and juggling other phone calls, but when she got to me, she was exquisite. I normally prefer to buy appliances at Lowes, but I'll buy a new LG cooktop from Best Buy just because of her. I don't know who she was, but I hope an executive at Best Buy will figure it out and give her a raise and a bonus. She deserves it. Thank you for your time.
