I am writing to you out of pure desperation. Yesterday, April lst my husband and son did an online order (due to circumstances) for Windows 10. That night they tried to install the program. to no avail. We contacted both Microsoft and HP and was advised that Windows 10 was not compatible with my husband's computer. We have a case number. We husband contacted the store in Fair Lakes, Va. about doing a return -- it was the today one day later. We tried to talk to a manager but was advised there was no mgr. And no refund can be made. We are a semi-retired couple and limited income and I just got my hours cut . We can not afford to lose the money. We would take a store credit. Please keep process this request Thank you
