Hi Ms. Barry- The reason for my email is because my SIM card on my cell phone was high jacked yesterday at the Best Buy in Vacaville, Ca. Store #1008. Not only was my phone hacked but my email and my BofA account. Luckily I was able to catch this on time otherwise it would of been worse. I've been a long time Best Buy rewards member and at&t customer. I need someone to explain the security measures that Best Buy takes to secure customers. I have a personal PIN code for at&t and no one is able to access my account but apparently some one at Best Buy bypassed that process. I'd like more clarity on the process. Please have some one reach out to me so we can resolve this problem. I've also reached out to Chris Cooley, Best Buy store manager but have not gotten a response back.

Sincerely,

Alex Flores
