I am disgusted by what I read in the newspaper today! One of your security guards assists a law enforcement officer who has been assaulted and YOU FIRE HIM??
I know your reasons of liability, etc. I believe your policy even prohibits security personnel from using force to apprehend thieves once they have escaped from your store. I don't expect you to change your policy. I have entered and shopped for the last time at Best Buy. One day you folks who are so 'afraid' and chose appeasement will realize how stupid you have really been.
