I am sending this letter as a last resort ,my 89 year old mothers refrigerator Broke in august ,this is the second one within 4 years replaced thru Best Buys .I purchased warranty's for both ,at 89 during Covid lock down she was without a fridge for over three weeks ,all food was thrown away more than $400 dollars worth .I have sent in the reimbursement info sept 29 ,been on the phone over three hours ,and no money has been returned or sent and no answers .I am sending a copy of this email to my attorney also .I had to fight to get her fridge repaired in under 4 weeks .When i called to speak with someone in corporate they told me NO.I hope this issue is resolved as I will also be contacted 7 on your side Nina Pineda since I have reached out unless I have some resolution within three days .
