I am writing to alert you of the inexcusable customer service I am receiving from Best Buy. I purchased a $600 tv scheduled for delivery on July 10th online. Received a call to confirm the day before. They were a No show and I have not heard back anything..not a reason or an attempt to,re-deliver. Nor was I unable to was I able re-schedule. Iâve called every day and waited as long as 1 hour only to get no results. I was given a case number and another promise they would call but that hasnât happened. I am at my wits end and have lost all confidence in ordering a delivery from BB.
Iâm have had no luck online or calling the customer service.
