I am writing to let you know of the poor and problematic customer service I received from the GEEK squad. They removed all my files, Microsoft, Adobe, etc. and did not replace them even though I had purchased a TTS package. They told me they expired and I needed to purchase them again which was obviously incorrect. I spent over 2hrs working with the remote tech who could not help and said someone would call me back the next day and no one did. I am still waiting for assistance and have shared this horrible service experience with all my feeds and am contacting the better business bureau.
