I had Webroot . I was supposed to be notified when it needed to be renewed. That never happened. I bought it at $19.99 Now I being told that because it has expired the cost to get it would be almost $50.00. I think because I was failed to be notified due to their incompetence that I should be charged the amount that I originally purchased it for. Also, When I contacted someone from Best Buy they said that I would be notified about the situation within a week. Well that week has come and gone and still no notification. Another example of the gross incompetence of the people at Best Buy. I would appreciate your looking into this.
