I have an issue with orders I placed, The first order BBY01-806368490985 & the 2nd BBY01-806370785140. The first was originally scheduled to be delivered today. However, I called to change that delivered yesterday early, for a delivery of tomorrow because the 2nd order is set for tomorrow. I also chatted online yesterday to have both orders delivered tomorrow at the same time. The reason is that this is not where i live and is over an hour’s drive one way. I do not want to have make two trips. Everyone told me no problem, both orders will be delivered tomorrow. I get a call from your driver today saying they would be there today with only one of the appliances? I explained all of the above, driver said no problem, they would deliver everything tomorrow. There someone else calls back telling me that only the 2nd order two appliances will be delivered tomorrow, and that I will have to reschedule the first order again for some time next week??? How is it that something so simple can be messed up so badly? I would like this rectified today so all three appliances will be delivered tomorrow at once. 410-827-0771 Thank you,
