Carol Hager sent a message to Hubert Joly that said:

I have now been on hold for >1 hr for chat and when I appeared to have been disconnected [agent paused] w/o any explanation, I pressed the call agent button. The first time, the call was declined then I was transferred to your 800-433-5778# and have now been on hold for 15 minutes, again w/o explanation.

I pay annually for the Geek Squad services, as do others, as this can be managed from home in these days of Covid restrictions, what is the issue?

I am a health care provider and we have managed to continue our services throughout this time and have kept the public fully informed. I simply don't understand why these delays are happening w/o any explanation or other communication.
