I hope someone can help me. I am exhausted and frustrated with multiple chats and phone calls to Best Buy Customer Service regarding a refund for a duplicate charge on July 11, 2020 for my annual tech support, etc. I have talked with a some who do not know how to help me and a few in Customer Service who spoke very professional to me and promised me the refund in 24 hours, in the next few days, within a week, etc. The amount is $216.49. Doesn't seem much but it is to me. I am retired and cannot spare the money. It has now been 3 months. How long does it take? I would like to have my money back. I should not have to spend more time working on this and worrying with this. Will you please help me?
