I purchased LG Top Load Washing Machine and LG Dryer in 2012. I paid lot of money to Best Buy.
Since purchase date, there is problem in washing machine.
LG technicians came lot of times as a courtesy but never fixed problem. Instead those technicians messed up my machine.
Today same problem still exists. I request you to replace the new machine and return my old machine to LG since machine is messed up by LG Technicians.
