I want to advise you of a problem with your pick it up at the store policy. I placed an order yesterday morning and was notified to pick it up at my local store on Abercorn in Savannah, GA. I indicated on the order that I needed a gift receipt. Did not get a gift receipt when picking up item. Called customer support. Was told that they would email me the gift receipts within 2 hours. Never did. Called again...said to wait 24 hours...never came. Went back to store with receipt and was told that they couldn\'t give me gift receipts "you should have asked for it before you left". What is the use of asking for a gift receipt if it is impossible to get one? This purchase was for a donation to my local YMCA for their Christmas Angel program for disadvantaged kids...so it is not just a matter of giving them my receipt....I don\'t want strangers having access to my order information...I want a gift receipt. Unfortunately, the gifts were due at the YMCA today. Please advise.
