I was informed several times by Mickel Duncan, Sales Associate, Best Buy Mobile, North Scottsdale Store, 15449 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85260, 480.556.6707, that if I purchased the Sansung Galaxy S20 Plus device, I would receive $180 back for a trade-in for my old Samsung Galaxy Note9. When I brought the Note9 to the store yesterday, 4 days before the 14-day deadline, I was given a Gift Card for my mobile phone instead. I shop every two years or so at Best Buy. I will not be using the Gift Card. The Store Manager said, "Sorry, there is nothing we can do. Goodbye." Please refund me the amount of my Gift Card, as I was promised repeatedly.
