I would like someone to contact me ASAP as I am very upset with your company and will give a chance before I contact the news help service. Our freezer broke and we went into your local store on 8/22/2020 and luckily and upright 17 Cu Ft freezer was available for delivery on 8/30/2020. We wanted a 21Cu Ft, but the 17 was the only one available so we took it and my account has been charged. On 8/30/2020 it was delivered and did not work. We were told they would bring another one in a week, so we let them take our broken one. It is now 10/26/2020 and we are still waiting for our freezer. I do not understand why after 2 months the local stores are unable to get an upright freeze which I have been charged for! Now with the holidays I really need the product and since it has taken so long we have tried to upgrade to a 21 Cu Ft due to the sales you keep issuing but the local stores can not do this.
