Mr Joly, I have about had it w/the Best Buy stores in Louisville, KY. During Christmas I looked high & low for the Sonic Plush Figure in blue. The website showed it available in 2 stores in Louisville. When I drove to each store, I was told yes they had it but when they went to get it they came back & said they could not find it. This happened at both stores. Today, 1/14/20, I went checked the site again to find that the store had one in stock. I drove to the store...again!...to get it as a late gift for my grandson. Same scenario...get to the store, it's not in stock. I showed the associate the website showing their store has it in stock. He told me to order it online & they would have someone pull it. I did that...waited 45 minutes. Was then told they don't have it. WHAT?! So I asked for a refund since I paid for it when I ordered it. He tells me he cannot refund me b/c I have to cancel the order. I am SO TIRED of your false website information & now the run around to get my money back!! I was IN THE STORE so tell me why they couldn't refund me at customer service?! I am about ready to report Best Buy to the BBB for false advertising & poor customer service. But I am reaching out to you first in hopes you are kind enough to resolve this problem & update your false websites.
