I hope this email finds you well in this troubling time. This email is to voice my frustration at ordering a printer from BB. I ordered online on 4/16 and it stated it would be delivere By Sunday 4/19. I could have ordered from Amazon Prime but like to spread my business to others if possible if service is comparable. It is now 4/21 and tracking is pointing to 4/22 as a possible delivery point by UPS. Your customer service rep told me UPS was having issues. This is untrue Accordings to UPS.

I wanted to make you aware of this. I have confidence Amazon would have lived up to their committment. I feel BB was dishonest in earning my business by claiming you could deliver timely.

Very frustrating when you try to spread your business and are really let dowm. Not a good business model. Please rectify this.
