My husband and I have been buying everything from appliances to computers for many many years. We are having issues with our WIFI and had a consultant from the Best Buy store in Montgomeryville, Pa. Bryant came out and due to the many items that we have in our house, he suggested the Eero System. He said that would take care of the problem.It did not. I have left several messages on his voicemail which go unanswered. My husband was in the store yesterday and wanted to ask ONE question, the Geek Squad associates said " I can't talk to you". Extremely rude! What will it take to talk to someone about our ongoing issue.?? I have been a Total Tech Member for years. Please have someone contact me. Thanks, Nancy
