My wife purchased a refrigerator on the 12th June. It showed up as scheduled for the 16th per the order. Later received an email saying if we wanted to schedule a delivery to call a number. Since we had a delivery we did not want to reschedule. However to try to clear up the confusion she tried to call that number and spent over 6 hours over Friday and Saturday trying to connect. This was supposed to be a scheduling person but she was transferred to "refrigeration" why I don't know.

It appears that what you think is customer service "is not".

Now I go back and try to sort out the problem on shipping and the site says I do not have an order? Your website leaves much to be desired. It does not seem to be connected to the areas referred.

To say the least this has been a lasting experience not to be forgotten. Luckily we have other stores in area.
