Over 2 years ago I purchased a Surface from Best Buy. Somehow on that day your credit card system failed and I was charged twice. I called and had the order cancelled. I spent 21/2 hours on the phone with your rep. Supposedly it was cancelled. 10 days later I received the Surface I ordered and signed for it. A week later i found another Surface at my front door. It had not been signed for and had no paperwork with it. I attempted to return it but with no paperwork I could not.
Several months later I received a call from a collection agency stating I had not paid for this product. There had been many phone calls prior to this to Best Buy and I was told to just keep the Surface because they did not know what else to do.
Your company has caused me to have to fight a legal battle over this which I believe is ineptness on your companies part to the nth degree.
What are you willing to do to make this right?
