GATEWAY BROOKLYN NY. Was on hold apx 45 minutes then someone picked-up & humg -up. Called 1 (888) 237-8289. Was given per repersentation supervisor Pearl case # 252087929 to address my order. Wait for e-mail to advise when to pick-up. Was advised by customer service Art that I have 24 hours from rcceipt of e-mail to pick-up the items. Hope he is correct because its 7:26pm sunday 11/15/20 & the store 8pm today. Will let you know if I was unable to get my items. For now why does it take soo long to get an in store confirmation of pick-up ?
