Please help. I have been trying for several days to get help from Geek Squad to repair my Dell laptop. They are unable to schedule an appointment which they are saying is required even though they have told me the laptop needs to be shipped off for repair. I simply need to drop it off to get shipped. The representative at the Park Lane, Dallas store said I would need to wait weeks to get an appointment and said they were overwhelmed, offering no solution, even when I offered to ship it myself if he could provide information. He then hung up the phone which is really frustrating after spending hours on hold just to talk with someone. I bought this laptop at your store and paid for all the warranties and tech support offered only to find out now that it is not honored in a professional manner. Please help resolve this. This laptop needs to be repaired while still under protection plans purchased.
