Today I experienced the worst in customer service I can recall in my 61 years on the planet.
I called to speak with the car audio department at the South SLC store and called the 801-463-1436 number which led me to your automated phone service. The phone was never answered despite me waiting on the phone more than an hour.
Finally I had to drive to the store (its not close to where I live). I talked to the assistant manager he said the phones don't work and I am one of many that has been forced to come in.
You need to fix this especially during this pandemic.
