@bestbuy – Hubert Joly – Very Dissatisfied Customer, My Sony 70 inches Tv + 5 yrs warranty that I bought

My Sony 70 inches Tv + 5 yrs warranty that I bought from best buy was having issues, after just a year of purchase.
I called Best buy Geek squad on June 11, 2020 to schedule an appointment. See appointment below;

My Tv was picked up by the Service provider (Stereo Component Service, 97 Bay State Dr., Braintree MA 02184 617-277-4600) on Monday June 15. See information below;

No email was received from BestBuy or the Service provider about the status of my repair and I try to check online, below is the email I received.

I took upon myself on June 22, 2020 to call the service provider (Stereo Component Service, 97 Bay State Dr., Braintree MA 02184 617-277-4600). They informed me that The TV cannot be repaired and that Bestbuy will contact me about a replacement. They further informed me that they have contacted Bestbuy since June 18th, 2020.
Since June 22nd, 2020 I have been calling Bestbuy Geek Squad and customer service about the status of my TV, No one seems to know what is going on with my TV. Sometimes onhold for 2hours and once someone pick up, I explain to them my issue they will tell me to holdon and they will hangup the phone. Or they will tell me that they will transfer me to the Repairs Dept or Special Forces, they will but after hours of holding on no one will pick up or they will just hang up.

Today June 26th at 10AM, I decided to go into a BestbUY STORE IN Brockton MA to actually speak with someone (This was after I have been on the phone with Geek squad for over 2hrs and been hung up on). I spoke to a lady that told me that she was a Manager, she told me that she cannot help me, that I have to GO HOME AND CALL GEEK SQUAD OR WAIT FOR AN EMAIL FROM THEM, AND THAT SHE CANNOT TRACK MY ORDER IN THE SYSTEM.

My questions;
WHY IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SO SLOPPY?
WHY ARE THE ASSOCIATES SO BADLY TRAINNED?
WHY DID YOU TAKE MY MONEY FOR WARRANTY AND CANNOT PROVIDE ME WIT THE REQUIRED SERVICE?
I PAID FOR MY SERVICES, WHY CAN’T YOU PROVIDE ME WITH MY SERVICES?
Bestbuy is turning out to be my WORST Nightmare, Keep it up, with this type of service, bankruptcy is around the corner.
