Big fan, gets me to destination on time. DON'T LIKE being told in travel agents office(3days before flight) that flight no: FR3901 (B'ham to Malta) 13.30 has been cancelled and am only offered a 6.30 flight, also return times earlier. Coach travel, taxi booked not able to cancel. Shambles, no notification, if we had turned up at airport at the time our ticket said we would not have had seat. Horrendous service, thank you Mr. O'Leary.
