I'm Shruti Ragunathan from India. I own a HP laptop which comes with an inbuilt microsoft office package. I downloaded skype and it seems like the accounts got mixed up, now I'm unable to access my microsoft account since I have forgotten the password i used for my outlook account. I tried contacting the customer care of microsoft but i have never been able to talk to them. I've sent a lot of mails regarding this to other authorities but there has been no response. Please try to help me. My education completely depends on microsoft word and microsoft powerpoint.
